How can the rate be this low?
We own club weeks that are already paid for. We rent them at the member rate and take no commission — so you skip the 20–35% booking sites add.
What’s the catch with the resort fee?
There isn’t one, as long as you know about it. The Puerto Plata resorts charge a mandatory all-inclusive fee, paid at the resort at check-in by card or cash, that covers every restaurant, bar and beach in the complex — children pay a reduced rate and under-3s stay free. Cabarete has no all-inclusive at all (optional meal plans instead), and Dubai is room-only. Your written quote itemizes exactly what applies to your party and dates — before you pay anything. December 24 & 31 carry a mandatory gala-dinner supplement, also itemized in your quote.
Whose name is the reservation in?
Yours. The resort’s confirmation email — in your name — typically arrives within 24–48 hours of booking, and you have it before travel or you get a full refund. A guest name can still be corrected up to 48 hours before arrival.
Do I have to sit through a presentation?
Not for us — we never pitch you anything. The resort may invite you to an optional membership presentation during your stay; you’re free to say no thanks, and your booking and rate don’t depend on it.
Can I book if I’m not a member?
Yes. That’s the whole point — you use our membership.
How far ahead can I book?
Up to 12 months out — and holiday and festive weeks genuinely do sell out first, so earlier is better.
Are airport transfers included?
In the Dominican Republic, yes — round trip at both the Puerto Plata complex and Cabarete. We arrange your arrival pickup when your week is confirmed; the resort arranges your departure ride during your stay. In Dubai, club guests also receive round-trip Dubai International (DXB) transfers as part of the guest benefits.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before arrival and the amount is held as a full service-fee credit toward a future stay (the club does not give cash refunds; requests must be in writing). Inside 30 days or for a no-show, a penalty applies that varies by destination — your quote spells out the exact terms for your dates before you pay.
Can I book more or fewer than seven nights?
Yes. Shorter stays are prorated from the weekly rate — (weekly rate ÷ 7) × nights, by your check-in date’s season. Ask about longer or split stays.
