Terms of Service & Booking Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using this website or booking a stay through Wholesale Getaway. By browsing the site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms. Some booking policies are still being finalized with our vacation club; this page will be updated as they are, and the policy attached to your own written confirmation always governs your stay.

1. Who we are

Wholesale Getaway is an independent booking service. We rent privately held vacation-club membership weeks at the resorts listed on this site, at the member rate, confirmed in your name. We do not own or operate the resorts, airlines, excursion operators or transportation providers, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. All resort brand names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Rates, availability and confirmation

All prices shown on the site are subject to availability and to the season of your travel dates until your reservation is confirmed in writing. Submitting an inquiry, quiz or reservation-bar request is not a booking: a reservation exists only once we have issued you a written confirmation for your dates. Reservations can be placed up to 12 months ahead; the resort’s confirmation in the guest’s name is typically issued within 24–48 hours, and a guest name can be corrected until 48 hours before arrival. Where a resort charges a mandatory all-inclusive or resort fee, we show our best current estimate before you book and the exact amount with your quote — those fees are paid to the resort, not to us.

3. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Every reservation follows the cancellation policy of the club hosting your stay, and the club’s core rule is the same across all destinations: a confirmed reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival without penalty, with the amount held as a service-fee credit toward a future stay — the club does not issue cash refunds. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, and for no-shows, the club applies a penalty that varies by destination: in the Dominican Republic the service fee is forfeited entirely (credits there remain valid for two years, and early departure also forfeits the fee); in Dubai the fee is forfeited plus one night’s all-inclusive fee per person. One reservation change is included per booking; further changes carry a US$75 club fee. The exact terms for your dates are always restated with your quote and confirmation before you pay.

Wholesale Getaway is not liable for costs caused by flight delays, missed connections, border entry decisions or personal emergencies, and we strongly recommend comprehensive third-party travel insurance for every trip.

4. Events beyond anyone’s control

Neither Wholesale Getaway nor the host properties are liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather (hurricanes and tropical storms included), natural disasters, public-health emergencies, government travel restrictions, strikes, civil unrest or airport closures. Where such an event affects your stay, we will work with the club on the remedies its policy provides.

5. Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for valid government-issued ID and passports (many destinations require six months’ remaining validity), any visas, and the entry requirements of your destination. Resorts require the primary guest — typically 18 or 21 or older — to present ID and a payment card at check-in for incidentals, and to pay any mandatory resort or all-inclusive fees directly at the property.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholesale Getaway and its owners and agents are not liable for indirect, punitive or consequential damages, or for personal injury, property damage or loss occurring on resort premises or during third-party excursions. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Wholesale Getaway is registered. This section will be updated with our registered entity details.
