The Al Habtoor Group’s legacy address: one of Dubai’s original hotels, rebuilt from the ground up in 2016 into a 320-room four-star on Sheikh Zayed Road. A rooftop pool looks at Downtown, the Tropicana rooftop bar frames both the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa, and the Red Lion — an institution of an English pub — pours until 3 a.m. It is the lowest-priced key in our entire Dubai collection, and guests can buy day access to sister resort Habtoor Grand’s beach on JBR.
